This would not surprise me at all, as being owned by TATA and they're driving hard for sales as no doubt JLR is the current cash cow. I wonder if the other automotive manufacturers are doing the same?

whether the gagging order is enforceable or not is an interesting point, more interesting is that there are Disco sport owners rejecting new cars (I was hoping to buy one in a couple of years time), and that these lemons will resurface on the second hand market, probably as LR approved cars. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

I'd second that company, they got me a nice 55" 4k TV and a MacBook Pro from Aldi as an apology to not cleaning up some coldslaw which caused me to have a bad fall

However they didn't wish to take on the Turk Barber who burnt my ear, causing blisters Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I've heard of a Discosport being rejected due to problems with the AdBlue system which couldn't be resolved.

Incidentally, manufacturer;s gagging orders are quite common. People are only just too relieved to get shot of an expensive headache as to actually question the validity of the order. I personally know of 2 manufacturers who implement such nonsense
