Webasto fbh as a parking heater mod. 2 choices?

Hello there!

Yet another thread re Webasto.

I've been reading for hours here now, big thanks to all!!
Still need to clarify a few basics.

Am i right in the following??

There are two ways to mod. your Webasto to function as a parking heater; (+ the diy soldering kit... not for me Wink

¤ Telstart T90
¤ Timer 1533

¤ The main difference is that T90 uses a remote & reciever, the Timer 1533 has to be activated in the car, so out to the car you go...

¤ It is easier/less work to connect the Timer 1533.

Thanks a LOT!!!!!!
Magnus

Sorry but I am having just one of those days. How long is that piece of string ?

If you are wanting a warm car every morning stick it in a garage overnight otherwise lay in the snow and use this on the sump to warm the oil so it starts (thats the one with real flames not this copy).

Ohh! There is a third way, using ones mobile phone Cool

Perhaps a bit to fancy (ie complicated) for me.

Think i'l settle for the T91 remote. Smile
