2012 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Indus Silver

I love my new Freelander II

Finally got my FL delivered this week and I love it. Just got the windows tinted by Pentagon Glass-Tech in Reading and what a great job they did too - really pleased with the results. I decided to go for the midnight tint which is closest to the factory privacy glass as they get.
The last time I owned a Land Rover was over 20 years ago when I had a 1967 series 2a with a 3.5 rover V8 engine conversion! - they've come a long way since then!!
Now the gradual process of adding goodies will start!

Ah that's brought back memories, Series 2A with the sound track of a V8 and out running Ford Sierras

My old V8 was savage! She had series 3 wings giving four headlamps, drab olive, big chrome wheels, cherry bomb exhaust and tax exept too another one of those vehicles I wish I still had!

My FL2 is a 2.2 TD4 XS and it's the nicest car I've ever owned! The only thing in common with the old tank is the badge! I'm really looking forward to the drive into France/Spain this Christmas time
