New clutch and DMF fitted, now have a noise in drivers side

Hi, had an new clutch and DMF fitted last week and all goes well except when I go,over 1500 rpm eg pulling up hill there is a exhaust blowing type noise in the drivers side footwell. Pick up doesn't seem as good as before and mpg has dropped a little. I'm talking to the garage tomorrow but so far suggestions have been air intake not reconnected back properly, turbo pipes not tightened up and exhaust blowing slightly.

Someone also said that soundproofing had not been put back behind the wheel liner.

Because the noise seems to be alongside the right hand side in the footwell the air intake sounds a possibility, does anyone have any experience or pointers on what may be issue?

Thanks

Your money was right. Took it back to the garage and they ran the smoke machine through it and there was a s light leak behind one of the turbo pipes. Resealed the leak and alls well. ☺ MY2010 XS Fuji White dog carrier
