2011 Freelander 2 SD4 Sport Auto Fuji White

Early morning in Burnley

Left the missus in bed this morning and set off with a couple of bacon butties and a flask for a walk over crown point in Burnley.

The Freelander never missed a beat in the snow driving up there, and walking back to the car looking at the classic boxy shape, it really is a crying shame LR stopped production. With the Freelander LR produced a true worldbeater in its class that could also leave most other 4x4s for dead in the rough stuff. When the time comes to replace my current car it will have to be another Freelander. I have always been a massive fan of the defender and when the new model comes out this could be the car I go for if LR get it right.

As for the Freelander......
