Is it possible to replace the 4 inch non touch screen with this

Yh it is however it does say 2006 onwards

Ive tried googling and theres no answer

Surely it would be just a case of removing the 4 inch screen and surrond paddding and putting in the 7 inch?

MY13 cars and on use a completely different electrical system, that maybe an issue
