We were up in the Yorkshire Dales today and tried to remember exactly where cam high road was from memory of posts we have seen on here......failed miserably. Here are some pics anyways.....meanwhile if anyone can tell us where exactly it is for future reference that would be great lol

Isn't Cam High Lane subject to TRO?

Hi thanks for that, we are new to all this so did not realise, but yes, i have just had a look and that would appear to be the case.

Just checked on the yorkshire dales website and we believe the TRO is in place from Fleet Moss to Gearstones, however, from Bainbridge to Fleet Moss appears to be open.

Now I'm confused...I was sure it has had a TRO for several years now (I last drove it around 12 years ago) but looking on the DOC bulletin board (yes, I have a disco as well...haven't looked for ages) there is a thread about a laning trip including Cam High Road from December 2014.

I believe there's a TRO on part of the road, but as suggested above not on all of it. In fact, it forms part of LRO's real world testing route, for which there's a downloadable map on their website I believe. Google also comes up with coordinates and maps, so it should be quite easy to locate it.

See http://www.lro.com/features-reviews/real-w...etropolis/ for LRO's review of the FL2 on their real world test route - there's a link to the map there.
