I would have thought as this is a Freelander Forum, there would have been at least one photograph of one of the Freelander's being used as course cars Smile

For the anoraks, top three finishers were:
1-Kevin Proctor-Car No.1 Subaru Impreza
2-David White-Car No.46 Peugeot 206
3-Peter Smith-Car No.9 Metro 6R4

Great pictures Tony.

We did think of coming to the event but it is a 6 hour round trip mostly in the dark and the weather did not look to good so gave it a miss.
Hope to get up there later in the year when the weather is better and daylight hours longer.

In the meanwhile enjoy the rallying.
Are you on this forum? as plenty of info re rallying. http://britishrally.co.uk/forum/

So you will definitely need some more SD cards. And next time we do expect some from Freelander 2 photo's. Every chance at least one of the course cars will be one.

Hi henrybuckets,

Will be acting as a radio car in Grizedale (Call sign Wallasey 1) but not sure where yet as Dave Brodie has not released the details.

Will give you a wave and then be right after you on the way home (2 hour trip down A590 and M6) and that's after we have negotiated the lanes to Newby Bridge.

Have you looked at the long range weather forecast?

Cheers,

No use looking that far in front. They can't get it right for the next day never mind a month.
