Wales 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Baltic Blue

Let's say it felt, to me, more like a 'normal' car than the Freely type of seating. The test car was top of the range (natch) and so had electrically operated seat etc, so I tweaked it right up and still felt lower than in the Freely but I think that's in line with the car's ethos, target market and general style. ...

Did that leave a lower boot floor?
Did the non-3rd row leave a flat floor, taking the 'nook' into account that is present when the 3rd row are folded and the 2nd row are slid forward (but still upright)? An expat that never went home.

The lower seating position was something I was unsure about, but I suppose calling it a Sport you need to make so. But overall I enjoyed my time in the manual, now looking forward to it coming in March, I was told it will go in to build 13th which is a Friday Shocked 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

LR might offer things like that through time with their new SV division, they want to offer more extreme off road versions as well as performance based vehicles. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Apart from the metal rail either side that the seats bolt to (and these are basically flush) the bootspace is flat. ...

I guess that space is used for the full size spare, to bring the floor to the level of the stowed 3rd row, in the 5 seat vehicles. An expat that never went home.

Not that I can get one for a few years yet I have to say it would me. The 'Command Drive Position' is a feature I liked ( along with big mirrors etc etc )...

How ever with a lower centre of gravity it should be a little bit more stable.

Defo thinking an older FFRR next.

The DS handles the road well, and you still get a good veiw of the road ahead. LRs brochure are still calling it the command driving postion, I didn't find it as bad as the Evoque. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

j77 I think you're right - the DS isn't like the Evoque. The Evoque has no command position aspirations. ...
