Farage may well be a fox in the parliamentary hen coop but he is no PM. His like will simply divide the vote so we are stuck with Millipede and Ballsup or yet another coalition of unknown mix. Clagg and his crowd have had their chance at power and shown themselves to be as lying, two-faced and bigoted as we always knew they would be. As above. I have always detested the Left for a variety of reasons.....however, there is no alternative is there?! Farage is the only hope for the future. Sufficient defections from right and left to keep UKIP in the limelight till next May, then hopefully enough wins to ensure at least a strong hand in a coalition. Best case scenario a breakup of the Tories and a real right-of-centre party including UKIP.

As has already been said, he's just puffing up about allegedly getting a bill early. According to the papers, he was about the last to know in the government about this upcoming payment. He'll pay up when it's quitened down, the weasel.

I wouldn't mind knowing what % of our current tax bill this increase represents. Its a bit stupid of the govt to have a crusade against corporate tax avoidance and then spit its dummy out when they receive a legal tax demand.
