Just wonder when it is time to change oil in haldex-unit. My Freelander is a 2007 diesel with soon 150000 km on the clock. Also wonder if it is a easy doing work.

His an answer from Haldex support that I recieved today.
I have used google translation....

The link is basically developed as "Sealed for Life" which basically means that the oil is not to be need to be replaced, but because we are integrated on a rear axle that we do not deliver, and control over, so is the car manufacturer to service controller determines whether it will changed oil in your car's life. Therefore, I ask that you contact your nearest Land Rover workshop to answer your question.
