Well I've gone and done the deal online. Just ordered a 64GB iPhone Plus in white & silver direct from O2 as an upgrade. 6 - 7 weeks from 19/09 is what they advise but it may turn up sooner. Called into a store to look at one today and yes it is massive but extremely light and I really liked it so just going to play the waiting game now...

That'll fit nicely in your manbag. Laughing

Just a 6, 64Gb. It's a huge step up from my trusty 4 year old 32Gb iphone 4 mind you! Great display, and does everything you would expect (including connecting to my Freelander seamlessly...)

Steve,

Get on the UPS website, key in your tracking number and simply click on 'amend delivery'. Then put in an address that someone will be in to sign for it, i.e. Work. Simples!!

Thanks. Just looked at that. According to the UPS web site, I can only amend the delivery address from the second delivery attempt onwards. The original delivery address can only be amended by the sender. Wifey will be in between 1.00 and 4.00 and I'll be in from 4.30 onwards. If I miss it tomorrow I'll either collect it from the depot in the evening or get it redeliveried on Tuesday.

Just checking on the UPS tracking site. They travel a bit before getting here, dont they?
Shenzhen, China - Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong - Dubai, UAE - Koeln, Germany - Stansted, UK - Barking, Essex and its now 'out for delivery' and I'm sitting here in East London. Might be lucky and get a late delivery. Rolling Eyes

Update:

Just found out that my Son was working locally and had popped home for a skive at the same time as the UPS man called. Such luck! It's waiting for me indoors. Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Baltic Blue

Not quite sure what is going on, but UPS have just turned up at my door with a 16Gb version in Space Gray.

I haven't ordered this, my card has not been debited, and there is nothing on my Apple Store App as to why it has been sent my way.

I can't be arsed to phone them tonight, so will keep an eye on my MasterCard to see if it gets debited. If not, I will have one for sale at a reasonable price in a week or so Very Happy Foraging near Gaydon....

Well, yes, perhaps. But technically speaking again, unsolicited dumping of commercial waste could be a defence.

Unlike Saturday's delivery, there is no picking slip attached to the base of the brown box, so a little confused to say the least!

More later..... Foraging near Gaydon....

Would be interesting to see what they say. My mum ordered a Dambusters anniversary watch for my dad for his birthday last year and they sent a John Wayne figure!

Needless to say they were shocked as the invoice was for a watch! Eventually we got a watch and they took the figure back. LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
