Which fuses are permanent live or switch with ignition?

I need two switched one for the blackvue 2amp and a 7.5amp for a headrest screens

And a 2amp 100% live feed

I'll be using piggy back jumpers, but they last time on my old car I ran into a lot of issues as there was fuses that are alive for so long after ignition off then turn off  Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

guess I'm going to buy a volt meter or whatever they are called and sit around to see if it drops off when ignition turns off on each fuse  Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

F1 perm (key rf receiver/ interior sensor) I would assume perm live to give access using the key fob

F21 switched instrument panel

I'd certainly consider piggybacking a fuse where the function isn't overly used or is that important - in case of failure.

Need to wire in my Blackvue, active phone holder/charger and TomTom soon.
So still need to suss out which fuses I'll be piggybacking. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

From what I could find, the RF transmitter fuse was the only perm live there, not ideal if it blows a fuse due to using the piggy back adapter, but the blackvue should not effect the RF fuse if it went pop Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

It was still live after 20/30 mins anyway see how it is after a few hours next Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
