Hi guys , picked my car up today & I have been playing with the sat nav . Added a couple of favourites , can you rename the favourites or are you stuck with the name given by the sat nav ? Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

You can rename them and choose the symbol used under 'edit' in the stored locations menu, iirc.

You can add your favourite favourites as short cuts as well and add other info to the location.

HTH and have fun.

Thanks winslet , worked a treat Thumbs Up . One other thing , can you search for a specific favourite or do you have to go through the list ? On my tom tom I just start to type in the name of the favourite and it predicts what I'm looking for . Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

Glad it worked - don't think you can search favourites but you can sort by name or distance, etc... depends how many you end up with but you can jump 5 or so a time.

Any photos yet? You have the best colour for a Freelander, of course Thumbs Up

Saw my first 64 plate on the way home, a Skoda Roomster in metallic black with (oversized) black wheels. Odd. 2016 BMW X3 30d SE in red
