Tour de France

Not a good photo but I saw the Tour de France go through Huddersfield today, before the cycle race a number of vehicles and floats came past. I saw two new yellow FL2's, here's a photo of one.

Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
Gone MY2010 Freelander 2 Manual TD4.e S, Alaska White.

Yeah I don't know why the photo has been turned on its side. But yes, yorkshire is great, it's scrubbed up well for the event. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Yeah, looks quite nice, even from all the way over here in AU. Imagine how much better it would look in Lancashire! Razz 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame.

United Kingdom

Not into TdF at all normally, but day one had me sat at the TV all day watching the footage of Yorkshire and the cyclists

Couldn't fault the coverage and the touristy overview of all the church's, Abbey's, Ruins and local towns it pasted through

Wasn't going to head into Leeds or anywhere to stand around though Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

My 8 year old lad wanted to go to leeds but I said no, too many people. It passed quite close to where I live so we went down about 11 ish and found a good position. It was a good day, good crowd, police were in a good mood and the sun was shining all day too! Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Indeed it is - but outshone by the Derbyshire Peak District section Wink
Shame the riders were made to finish amongst the detritus of Clegg's Yorkshire parish of Sheffield Whistle

CG - as the human anus is not a pretty sight any piece of England's green n pleasant landscape (even that of the shire of York whose preponderance for self promotion, exaggeration and b**l s** t are acclaimed across the planet) will outshine a Tyke's rear end - naked or otherwise Wink

Cambridge to The Mall - what a glorious TdF day this should be Thumbs Up
