Very good ..

Indeed not, one would hope it is an orangery or a Garden room not a cheap conservatory... standards to uphold .. Whistle Whistle Wales

aluminium frame painted anthracite with a full width bi fold door , so the outside is in and the inside is out. no dwarf walls.

its not as an extension more a garden room, in good weather I hope to lift the furniture out onto the patio , so we have ordered outdoor rattan sofa and armchairs to go indoors At work

all finished, with frame-less self cleaning glass, and a natural 'concrete' floor. bit close to a major traffic artery maybe.

The old patio looks like a good spot for a caravan.
