Wouldn't they have to prove just cause Question
If you've told them you park on the drive overnight and it gets hit in a Hotel Car Park will they cancel your insurance Question
If you don't fit the genuine brake pads will they not pay out if you rear end someone Question
It would get laughed out of court unless it could be proved it contributed to the incident, same as not fitting genuine parts in the warranty period, it would have to be proved that the parts were of inferior quality and contributed to the incident. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

England 2013 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Auto Sumatra Black

I was just wondering if they would say its technically not road worthy being classed as an MOT failure because of the plate, same as if someone was involved in an accident but not at fault, say they had a bold tyre, there insurance wouldnt pay out as the car is classed as un-road worthy?

I'm just thinking the way some insurance companies are going they will look at every little thing not to pay out! To me I don't think it makes a difference as long as the plate can be read, what does it matter if there is a space here or there? Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
Gone MY2010 Freelander 2 Manual TD4.e S, Alaska White.

I think they would still have to prove that the bald tyre was a contributing factor to the accident Question p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
