Don't ever bother with these guys. Service sucks. Worst ever I have experianced in 20 years. I will never use Stratstone again

I'm still testing the water with them, communication is woeful!!

BUT the problem is where else to go? It's either Stratsone Durham or Stockton. Or the mob in keswick that I can't remember they're name.

What probs did you have narvik?

Over that side of the country you have Lakeland Land Rover at Coniston, Kentdale at Kendal or Lloyd's in Carlisle.
Lakeland have a very good reputation and are frequent posters and sponsors of Martin's Disco3.co.uk.

Lloyds at Carlisle have been great. Thumbs Up to their service department.
Had been to Stratstones in Newcastle for a quote but got a better deal with Lloyds.
Now I am glad I got my car from Lloyds.

I agree JOE1978, choice of stealers on Tyneside is poor. But these guys are so bad I am thinking of going all the way to Carlise to Lloyds for my service later this year. Their communication is the pits, never phone back, service received is terrible. They will not look after your car while in the garage, I could go on & on. Avoid avoid avoid!!

LR Customer Services referred me to Team Valley when I asked them a slightly technical question about my TD4 Confused

Team Valley service guy was polite and very helpful, if a little bemused that LR would direct a customer who lives in West Sussex to them Rolling Eyes

Went there this morning on a warranty issue. Passenger door had something loose inside. Arrived at 0845 (had already made an appointment for 0830 Embarassed ). Waited with a coffee and car was returned 45 mins later, fixed. The guy even apologized for it not being washed!! Turned out to be a previous repair by a main dealer not done properly (old part left inside door).

Asked about service prices for our FL2 Diesel Auto. £220 inc vat. About £140 cheaper than Stratstone.

This place doesn't sell cars, it only services and fixes them. Authorised to do warranty and highly recommended by me. Very Happy
