Gorgeous car, 350SL, lovely V8 burble, suspension at little too smooth for a true sports car but they were never meant for hooning around in, wafting gracefully, they excel at that.

I have a 1968 280SL, currently in sunnier climes on the other side of the world, still not sure whether it will come back here or I will go and live with it

Good luck with the project, it's not an easy thing to do, a big undertaking and you have some great pics in there

cheers, the car is great like you say not a flat out sports car but great for posing. As for the project thanks for the compliment. There ar some nice shot and also some awful ones but somedays you just don't have the time. Today is the halfway mark so I'm getting there lol

I wouldn't run her as an everyday car thats what the FL2 is for, she is a dry day fun car
